Changing a User Name or Password
Is it possible to change a provider's login information - like the username and/or password - after the provider's full profile has been created?
Changing a provider's login information is easily done in OSCAR's Administration:
- from OSCAR's main menu, click Administration
- select User Management
- select Search/Edit/Delete Security Records
- next to "Search Criteria", select the "User Name" radio button
- type a known user name into the search field and then click Search -or- click Search with an empty search field to see all results
- click on the desired user name under the User Name column from the results
- change the User Name and/or Password
- click Update Record
- test by logging in with the new settings.
