The Doctor's Schedule Has Disappeared from the Main Page

PROBLEM

Schedules of different doctors seem to periodically disappear off of Oscar's main schedule group. This can last anywhere from a few minutes to about an hour or so. Although we can see their schedule if we switch the group to their individual schedule names.

The problem seems fixed whenever we add a new Doctor's schedule to a group,  but then another doctor or two will report the same problem the next day.

SOLUTION

There are 2 views for the main schedule. These views can be toggled by clicking on the All/Schedule button located at the top left of the main schedule between the Calendar and Today buttons.

1.) ALL

When the button displays "ALL"; this means that only the schedules ("slates") that CONTAIN APPOINTMENTS will be displayed.

2.) SCHEDULE

When the button displays "SCHEDULE"; this means that ALL schedules will be displayed even if they don't contain appointments.

It may be that some of the users have their view set to "ALL" and this is the reason why it seems like the Dr.'s schedules are "randomly disappearing". Try to click on the All/Schedule button to discover the difference between each view.
