Adding Photo's to a Patient eChart

Photos in a jpg, png, or gif are uploaded directly to the patients eChart.  Do NOT upload photo's into the Inbox.

1. open the patient's eChart
2. from the left column, click on Documents
3. click +Add Document
4. in the first selection field, select Photo as document type
5. enter a photo title, into the Enter Title field
6. add additional details as required
7. click Browse, and then locate the photo to be uploaded
8. click Add

The photo will appear in the patient's eChart under the Documents heading.
