Only Doctors are listed as a Provider selection in a Prevention

Question;

It appears that only providers with a doctor type are listed in the provider list in Prevention's.  How do we add providers that are not doctors to this list?

Answer;

Only doctors will appear as a selection in a Prevention. To add other provider types to a Prevention:

1.) select "Other" from the Prevention provider select list.
2.) type the providers name into the resulting provider field.
3.) complete the Prevention
4.) Save
