MSP Telehealth Service Code Changes

Question:

How do we replace MSP service code XXXX with this new service code XXXXX in our MSP Billing form.

Answer:

The MSP Billing Form can be customized through billing administration:

1). Select Administration
2). Click Billing and then select “Manage Billing Form”
3). Select the “service code” radio
4). Select form: GP general practice
5). Click Manage
6). Remove the codes you don’t want and then add the codes you do
want.

You’ll need to be conservative as there are only 60 available slots - no more. One suggestion is to break up codes into separate categorized Billing Forms.
