Delete Recurring Appointments

How do I delete a series of recurring appointments?

ANSWER:

Here is how you delete a series of recurring appointments:

1.) click on the patient name on an appointment in the series of recurring appointments to open "Edit An Appointment"
2.) click the "R" button
3.) enter the Recurring sequence that needs to be deleted.

ie: 1 time, every month, until November 30, 2021.
* It's very important to include the end date of the sequence

4.) click Recurring Delete
5.) Voila! The recurring sequence has been deleted

Steps 1, 2, and 3 can also be used for cancelling and updating an appointment series.
