Answer:

Search Pharmacy, select your choice from the list, and click Set Pharmacy on the bottom.

How do I change the Pharmacy selected to another one?

Answer:

Search Pharmacy, select the new pharmacy from the list, and click Set Pharmacy on the bottom.

What do the Edit and Unlink buttons do?

Answer:

The Edit button on the right allows you to change the information of the pharmacy already selected.

The Unlink button on the right, will remove the current pharmacy from your database.
