There is no drop down list displaying specialist names in the Consultations.

Question;

There is no drop down list displaying any specialist names in the Consultation. Without this list, I am unable to select a Specialist and therefore can not fax the Consultation.

Answer;

There is likely "Quotation marks" in the Specialist's Name  (for example - Dr Elizabeth "Lisa" Jones)  Please edit the Specialist's name and replace the "Quotation marks" with (Brackets).  (for example - Dr Elizabeth (Lisa) Jones)

1) from OSCAR's main menu, click Consultations
2) from the top left of the View Consultation Requests window, click "Edit Specialists"
3) locate the the Professional Specialist you wish to edit
4) remove the quotation marks for the Specialist name and replace them with ( )
5) scroll to the tops and save your changes

The Consultation should now display correctly.
