Setting provider's preferred fax number on prescriptions and consultations.

How do I change the fax number displayed under the Provider's name on a prescription?

Answer;

A Provider's preferred fax number on a Prescription and Consultation can be changed by following the steps noted below.

Please note this will need to be done when logged in as the Provider, under their user profile.

1)  Select the Provider's name located in the upper right corner of the EMR. This will open the user's Personal Preferences.
2)  Scroll down and select Set Fax Number (RX/Consult) (screen shot attached)
3)  Enter the preferred Fax Number (screen shot attached)
4)  Submit

The preferred Fax Number will now appear in the Provider's information on all Prescriptions and Consultations.
